Native Medicare Charitable Trust (NMCT) and NTT DATA Collaborate to Improve Sanitation Facilities in Two Government Schools in Chennai

Coimbatore, India – October 27, 2023 – Native Medicare Charitable Trust (NMCT), an NGO based in Coimbatore, is pleased to partner with NTT DATA, a digital business and IT services leader, to enhance quality of education in two government schools situated in Chennai. As part of Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, NTT DATA has supported the refurbishment of sanitation facilities, constructed hand wash platforms, and installed clean drinking water facilities at Chennai Middle School, Mahandharam, and Chennai Primary School, Mugalivakkam.

The official ceremony was held at Chennai Primary School, Mugalivakkam. Gopa Kumar, Vice President, NTT DATA Services unveiled a commemorative plaque dedicated to NTT DATA and also interacted with the students and staff encouraging them to follow their dreams.

Mr. Sankaranarayan, Managing Director and founder of NMCT, said, “It is great that NTT DATA extends its responsibility to make a positive change among the underprivileged children in the Government Schools We thank NTT DATA for their support.”
