NTT DATA Services Closes Acquisition of Acorio, the World’s Largest Pure-Play ServiceNow Consultancy
PLANO, Texas – October 1, 2020 – NTT DATA Services, a global digital business and IT services leader, has successfully closed its acquisition of Acorio LLC, a ServiceNow Elite Partner on Thursday, October 1, 2020.
Acorio will operate under the branding of Acorio, an NTT DATA company. NTT DATA, also a ServiceNow Elite Partner, will add unparalleled breadth and depth of experience in the fast-growing ServiceNow ecosystem and unique industry approaches to help clients enable automated and intelligent digital workflows. Acorio will become part of a top 10 global IT services leader – NTT DATA – creating the ability to support its clients with global delivery and an expanded portfolio and resources.
On August 27, 2020, NTT DATA announced its intention to acquire Acorio LLC.
The acquisition marks the fifth successful close for NTT DATA Services in the last 21 months.
