Paul is an accomplished sustainability executive who, for over 20 years, has helped corporations transition within the clean energy economy. He was a co-founder of a $200M energy SaaS company before leading multiple successful sustainability organizations for some of the largest global companies, including Accenture’s Energy Transition Services, Accenture’s Global Sustainable Infrastructure practice, and PA Consulting. With Accenture, Paul also advised on the launch and growth of Engie Impact, the French utility’s global sustainability advisory. In his current role, Paul leads NTT DATA’s North American Sustainability teams, ensuring the company meets our own internal net zero commitments while also embedding sustainability value into the services we provide to our clients.

Gadhu is a leader at the intersection of IT innovation and sustainability, heading Innovation within NTT DATA's Global Sustainability Services Technology Advisory team. In this role, he oversees the development of pioneering global assets, including the ICT Carbon Calculator, Circularity Marketplace, and generative AI-powered Corporate ESG Reporting accelerators—each driving transformative sustainability outcomes through new technology. A recognized authority in green technology, Gadhu has represented NTT DATA on the steering committee of the Green Software Foundation (GSF) for the past four years. His contributions have been instrumental in the development of the Software Carbon Intensity Standard, guiding it from conception to its adoption as ISO/IEC 21031:2024. In addition to championing decarbonization initiatives, he has collaborated with customers, GSF members, and NTT DATA teams to create tools and accelerators aligned with this standard. Gadhu is currently Chairman of the Green Software Foundation.
