NTT DATA worked with Forrester to explore the ways third-party expertise can optimize GenAI solutions.

Our research found that 80 percent of companies say third-party service providers can help them scale GenAI more successfully.  And more than half of respondents say a lack of bandwidth, scalability and training is hindering the use of GenAI for software/application development – underscoring the opportunity for third-party support.
