WashingtonExec named Terri Hatcher 2023 Chief Diversity Officer of the Year

WashingtonExec's annual Chief Officer Awards recognize the most impactful and innovative executives

Terri Hatcher, NTT DATA Services’ Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, has been named WashingtonExec’s Chief Diversity Officer of the Year for 2023. The awards showcase leaders making a tangible impact by leading their organizations with innovation, expertise and thought leadership. Hatcher became NTT DATA’s Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer in 2020 as part of NTT DATA’s ongoing commitment to support a sustainable culture of inclusion.

Hatcher led the creation of an internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion certification program called Inclusion Intelligence Certification. As a result, over 60% of NTT DATA Services global population is certified, and employees worldwide are engaged in building programs that support diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Hatcher, who has more than 20 years of human resources experience, leads efforts encourage the contributions, talents and interests of employees at all levels, from new college-graduate hires to executives, and to foster advancement and retention at every level.
