Our mission is to engage and inspire the NTT DATA Services culture towards increased inclusion for all persons with disabilities. We are dedicated to creating awareness of the business benefits that come with the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities in our workforce. Through education and advocacy, we aim to encourage our NTT DATA colleagues to develop empathy towards Persons with Disabilities and embrace inclusion as an integral part of our organizational values. Additionally, we strive to provide a valuable resource for all disabled employees, their caregivers and anyone interested in empowering the disability community. Together, we will foster a workplace where every individual is valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Some of Our Key Activities

  • Holding frequent learning workshops and monthly calls on digital accessibility featuring experts from Microsoft, IBM and various NGOs
  • Engaging leadership to implement Digital Policy, PwD hiring practices, office upgrades, and more
  • Piloting an ERG for hiring in India with an RFP for culture assessment, training and hiring strategies
  • Hiring graduates with disabilities
  • Publishing our Digital Accessibility Policy
  • Installing signages in NTT DATA buildings that benefit PwD
  • Training security staff, transportation and other personnel to make adequate provisions for special needs employees
