Global technology services provider announces a leader ranking from Everest Group and patent-pending automation technologies

PLANO, TX and TOKYO, Japan – June 4, 2019 – NTT DATA, a recognized leader in global technology services, today announced the company was named a leader in the Assessment 2019 by Everest Group^TMHealthcare Business Process Automation Solutions PEAK Matrix. The company also filed additional patent applications covering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies.

Patent-pending RPA Technologies

In the past 18 months, NTT DATA has continued its momentum in seeking patent protection covering RPA technologies. In June 2018, the company announced pending patent coverage for Lean Bot and Security Bot, NTT DATA Code Finder and NTT Robotic Context Processor. Today the company is announcing that they sought patent protection for Virtual Resource Monitoring for Robotic Processes (VRMS), an intelligent workforce (BOT & Human) monitoring and control system that enables real-time visibility, provisioning, dynamic governance and compliance management for a hybrid/digital workforce.
