NTT DATA Successfully Closes Acquisition of Postlight
PLANO, Texas – June 9, 2022 – NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, has successfully closed its previously announced acquisition of Postlight LLC.
Postlight, which will operate as Postlight, an NTT DATA company, adds further enterprise-scale digital design and engineering services. Bringing innovative, high-end design methods and strong modernization capabilities, Postlight joins NTT DATA’s consulting and digital services group dedicated to delivering transformational digital services.
