NTT DATA Services Grows Leadership Team with New Group President and Chief Revenue Officer

PLANO, TX – June 19, 2019 – NTT DATA Services, a recognized leader in global technology services, announced today the promotion of Sue Arthur to Group President and the addition of John Graham as Chief Revenue Officer.

Arthur, who previously led NTT DATA Services’ Global Operations, will oversee the company’s financial services, insurance, manufacturing, life sciences, commercial, international business and strategic staffing practices. In addition, she will lead Canadian operations, including Sierra Systems, a Vancouver-based IT services firm that was acquired by NTT DATA Services in December 2018. During her career, she has held senior leadership positions with a number of services firms including EDS, HP and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Graham joins the NTT DATA Services team with more than 25 years of leadership experience with large IT services and software companies. In his new role, Graham will support the company’s growth initiatives, including driving sales strategies across diverse channels and simplifying systems and processes to drive operational improvements. Graham was most recently CEO at Omnitracs, and he has held senior executive roles at Intergraph-Hexagon AB, UGS-Siemens, Capgemini Ernst and Young, Siebel Systems and EDS. Graham is also a former Naval Officer.
