NTT DATA Services Extends Partnership with Georgia Technology Authority
McLean, VA, – April 23, 2018 – NTT DATA Services, a recognized leader in global technology services, announced today the company has extended its contract with Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) to expand its scope of work. For the past nine years, NTT DATA Services has supported State of Georgia employees across more than 41,000 computers and operating systems.
The GTA manages the delivery of IT infrastructure services to 85 of Georgia’s executive branch agencies and managed network services to 1,300 state and local government entities. The state’s IT infrastructure services encompass mainframes, servers, service desk, end user computing, email, disaster recovery and security.

Future NTT DATA Services implementations for GTA include:
- New IT service centers – “Tech Bars” – throughout the state for convenient, walk-in service for state employees.
- An innovation fund designed to set aside a percentage of revenue to invest in and implement future innovation.
- A rollout of self-healing tools designed to automatically identify and fix issues prior to a service disruption.
