Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between you and NTT DATA, the Cloud Solutions Agreement applicable to the location where you purchased our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) & Cloud Services will govern the sale of our Cloud Services and SaaS products to you.
In addition to your locally applicable Cloud Solutions Agreement, individual SaaS and cloud-based offerings are described in greater detail below in Service Descriptions, Offer Specifications and/or customer specific Statements of Work, which contain important details regarding your purchase and performance of such services. To confirm the detailed terms of the SaaS or cloud-based offering(s) you purchased, review your quote, order acknowledgement, invoice or receipt from us.
