Four Awards and 21 Presentations Highlight SAP Expertise and Support

New York – May 30, 2018NTT Group, represented by NTT DATA, itelligence, NTT Communications, Dimension Data, NTT Security and Secure-24, today announced its companies will receive recognition for four awards at the SAP Global Partner Summit on June 4 and the SAP SAPPHIRE NOW® conference, June 5-7, in Orlando, Florida, held in conjunction with the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) Annual Conference. In addition, NTT companies will make six official theatre presentations and 15 booth presentations at booth #701.

The SAP Innovation Awards team selected NTT DOCOMO, Japan’s largest mobile company, as one of its 2018 Process Innovation Award winners for a high-performance, real-time data management platform developed for DOCOMO by NTT DATA with SAP HANA®. Incorporating 18 TB of memory and a scale-out model of 10 servers, the platform generates real-time visualization of a huge amount of customer, contract and billing data. The exponentially faster and highly capable big data business analysis enabled by this platform has led to improved marketing, increased revenue, reduced operational costs and better customer experience at approximately 2,400 DOCOMO sales and support outlets across Japan.

SAP also named itelligence, a solutions unit of NTT DATA, the winner of three 2018 Pinnacle Awards, which spotlight SAP’s most innovative, proven and top-performing partners. Judging against strict award criteria, a panel of experts named itelligence SAP Global Platinum Reseller of the Year; SAP Partner of the Year: Database and Data Management; and SAP SuccessFactors Partner of the Year: Small and Midsize Companies. The Pinnacle Award program selects winners and finalists across 29 categories based on internal SAP recommendations, customer feedback and the partners’ proven ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators. SAP will recognize Pinnacle Award winners at the Global Partner Summit on June 4.

NTT companies will share their SAP domain knowledge and expertise across six different sessions held throughout this event. Leaders from five NTT companies or teams will address the following topics in SAPPHIRE NOW® theatre presentations:

At the NTT booth #701, subject matter experts from NTT companies will lead another 15 sessions on topics such as: S/4 conversion and migration, SAP cloud migration options, SAP Ariba® intelligent reporting, SAP Leonardo and predictive analytics, services within SAP Hybris® and robotic process automation (RPA) within SAP. Subject matter experts from NTT companies will also be on hand to discuss proof of concept (POC) applications of transformative technology in smart cities, transportation, sports and other areas that align with the SAP content and technology portfolio.
