Plano, TX – July 31, 2013 – NTT DATA, Inc., a leading IT services provider, today announced that it will establish a North America Service Delivery Center located in Louisville, Kentucky, to support its growing business in the U.S.  The addition of this domestic location in the heart of the Midwest offers companies more options through NTT DATA’s balanced global delivery approach, providing the optimal mix of international and domestic as well as customer site-specific professionals.  Domestic centers not only provide specialized skills and cost efficiencies, but also geographic and time zone convenience, and the ability to tap into academic resources and programs for local professional development. 

This new center enhances NTT DATA’s service delivery network with the Louisville location initially providing a range of business process, applications, and Cloud services.  Some of the specific capabilities include Finance & Administration and Human Resources process services, a PeopleSoft Center of Excellence, and Cloud Migration and Management Services. NTT DATA has a strong, long-term presence in the state of Kentucky serving both commercial and public sector clients.  The location of this facility not only allows for local talent to work with cutting edge technology for leading industry and State and Local organizations, but also offers the opportunity to showcase their abilities with NTT DATA’s global clients.

NTT DATA’s first client and partner company in Louisville is Yum! Brands.  The IT services provider will leverage the talent of approximately 200 of Yum!’s U.S. restaurant support services associates as they transition over to NTT DATA and continue to support the restaurant company as well as other NTT DATA clients.
