- Dell included in the Leaders quadrant for the third consecutive year
Dell Services today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Leaders quadrant of the Gartner Magic Quadrant for End-User Outsourcing (EUO) Services, North America. The report evaluates IT service providers capabilities in management and operations of service desk/help desk, desktop and mobility needs. This marks the third consecutive year that Dell has been in the Leaders quadrant of this report.
Dell offers comprehensive outsourcing offerings spanning desktop virtualization services, endpoint system management, end user managed services and digital business services.
