Raman Sapra is the senior vice president and global leader of Digital Business Services by NTT DATA Services, formerly Dell Services.

Raman’s Digital Business Services team takes a business-first approach to digital, enabling organizations to create new business models, drive enhanced customer engagement and loyalty, empower a mobile workforce and deliver operational efficiencies. Digital Business Services uses a robust consulting methodology to define digital roadmaps with customers and delivers comprehensive solutions including advanced analytics, business intelligence, omni-commerce, mobility, customer engagement, digital marketing, digital application development and cloud, Internet of Things (IoT) and digital process orchestration.

Raman has more than twenty years of experience in the information technology industry with a unique blend of operational and strategic expertise in P&L management, international business management, account management, strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to joining NTT DATA Services, Raman held various leadership positions at Wipro, including leading the healthcare vertical globally and Wipro’s business in the Gulf Region. In his roles, Raman has delivered strong financial performance and built strong customer relationships.

As a founding member of The Conference Board's Enterprise Digital Transformation Council, Raman shares experiences and insights with senior executives leading the transformation to digital across a range of industries.
